Hi Robert,
Thank you for everything! Eric was and Excellent Pit Boss in your absence and we had an amazing time! Our Gross casino night proceeds were over $5,000, Unfortunately we had other aspects of the evening that did not cover their own expenses so our Net event profits were slightly lower than that. Either way we had a great time! The winner of the at home table that you offered as my first donation towards the prizes for the night was George Carter. We provided him with a business card and advised that he give you a call when he is ready to book. In addition to that you will likely be hearing from the Ward family as well and they have New Year’s Gala every year and will be extremely interested in getting your services for their party as well.
I do believe that we will likely plan to do this again (probably in the spring time) and I am certain that we will be much more successful with the next one as the response from people was unbelievable. Even the people who were telling me we were making a mistake by having the casino portion of the event were telling us how much fun they had and that they loved it!

Hi Robert! . . . We all had a blast Tuesday night. Deb and I want to thank you for such a wonderful evening! After receiving really poor service from the hotel staff before and during the conference, I can’t even tell you how great it was to walk into the ballroom and you say, “we’ve got it, don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of everything”. I thought, what a relief but more importantly, how great it is to have someone who knows how to run a business.
When we were talking after the event, all of us thought our dealer was the best one! They were attentive and funny, and you of course were the best pit boss/mc ever! The music was great and we were happy that we added it.
Joanne was a pleasure to work with and really helped me a lot with deciding which games to choose. What a team you both are!

I am a month late doing this, but I wanted to THANK YOU SO MUCH for a Fabulous Party and a great time, due to your team’s amazing set up, clean up, and best of all, fun dealing and party-making for all the kids!!! The guys did a fabulous job with the kids AND us, and everyone kept talking for weeks afterward about how much fun they had!! There were several pleas to make it a yearly event!!
But the guys set everything up beautifully, the house looked great, and they cleaned up as we moved the party downstairs, so we never knew it was happening. People are still talking about what a unique idea it was and how much fun they had. Thank you for your advice and support. It's so hard to keep something like this a surprise. I can't say enough about the dealers. They were so friendly and professional and patient with the "real" gamblers and the beginners alike. I will certainly recommend you, and many of the guests took your card. Thank you again for a great time. Maybe we'll meet someday.

It was great meeting you too, brief as it was! Sorry I didn’t return your call earlier, but I’ve been a bit swamped. I got incredible feedback from my boss Russ. He said everyone had a great time!
